GTP wanted to take back control of their website and content. They sort to cut web consultancy fees and train their in-house staff to handle more social media marketing duties. We were engaged to build a new socially-enabled website, create content, manage the site, provide staff with basic WordPress training, and add at least 100,000 Facebook Fans within the terms of an 18-month contract.
GTP Fashion’s social media presence was designed to be a mix of expertise, fashion, culture, perspective, events and a vibrant eternal display of authentic African textiles and prints. Our task was threefold:
1. (Re)Define a core audience for GTP online
2. Allocate resources for capturing and engaging this core
3. Design a website and communication strategy to reach the core
